Schröder Spezialglas has an extensive machine park with more than 100 machining centers, including state-of-the-art CNC machining centers. This enables the company to mechanically process a wide variety of glass types and specialized technical materials and to manufacture custom components.
Depending on the material and geometry, the company can produce contours, drill holes, cutouts, pockets, radii, chamfers, and defined edges. CNC technology also enables the production of complex shapes and repetitive machining sequences. The achievable tolerances are determined based on the specific component requirements.
